Dr. Karla Christensen

Dr Karla Christensen completed her medical studies through Griffith University, Gold Coast and enjoyed extended placements at both Warwick and the Sunshine Coast. Before commencing general practice training, she worked at Toowoomba Hospital in a multitude of areas, including medical and surgical specialties, geriatrics, obstetrics, gynaecology and paediatrics. Karla’s interests in general practice lie in antenatal and postnatal care, women’s health and children’s health. She is certified in Implanon NXT® insertion and removal.
